Professional Summary

London-based product and deployment specialist with a bias for building, shipping and moving forwards. I've designed and built AI agent platforms end-to-end, and now deploy them with enterprises at ElevenLabs: finding the highest-impact use cases, getting agents into production, and owning outcomes. My experience is in fast-paced startups where I've worked hands-on with founders, engineers, and designers. That means sometimes defining the what, sometimes building the how.   • Deploy ElevenAgents, ElevenLabs' enterprise AI agent platform, against customers' highest-impact problems: identifying use cases, designing and orchestrating agents, and driving them to production.
  • Embed with strategic customers as a trusted partner, owning delivery outcomes and flagship deals end-to-end, from use case discovery through commercial structuring to close.
  • Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and the broader AI stack; present results and proposals to audiences from engineering teams to C-suite.
  • Feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' research and product teams to shape the platform roadmap.

Product Manager, inploi, London

B2B SaaS HR Tech | Aug 2022 - Jun 2026

  • Designed and built an AI agent platform that deploys conversational career assistants on customer websites. Each agent is a stateful Durable Object equipped with job search, knowledge retrieval, CV extraction and analysis, and persistent memory. Customers configure agent behaviour, policies, and escalations through Studio, and validate changes with simulation-based evals before publishing. Built the embeddable SDK, multi-tenant architecture, prompt system, and integration agents that automate ATS form traversal via browser automation. Owned the full platform lifecycle across Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, D1, Hyperdrive, AI Search and AI Gateway.
  • Shipped an AI Application Scoring system generating ~$100k ARR while in beta. Built the prompt pipelines, tracing and evaluation frameworks, and bias mitigation strategies to ensure fair assessment across thousands of applications. Extended this into job matching algorithms and intelligent candidate search.
  • Led the development of inploi Studio: a multi-tenant platform for building career sites and configuring the AI agent platform. Includes real-time collaborative editing via Durable Objects, AI-powered content generation features, theme builder, custom domain management, and the guidance editor where customers define agent tone, policies, knowledge bases, and escalation rules through versioned draft/publish workflows.
  • Ran continuous user discovery with customers and prospects. Doubled as Sales Engineer, used technical conversations to help close key deals while feeding market needs back into the roadmap.

Personal Projects

nicos.website: My personal site and technical playground. The main feature is 'Dreams', an AI image generation app where friends describe their dreams via voice (Whisper model for dictation) and get them visualised. I built the full production stack: Cloudflare Workers + Workflows backend, D1 and R2 for storage, Gemini for prompt optimization and image evaluation, Replicate for image generation, AI Gateway for LLM observability, rate limiting and idempotency via KV store, and a test suite with Vitest. My objective was to emulate a full production stack on a low-stakes fun project. The site is where I build things for fun and learn by doing.
